Out of all of these fields, Medicine is the most challenging, and the most demanding. You can apply your science knowledge and work with patients in these other fields, and still make a good income. You will incur less student loan debt and start earning money earlier in your career/education. The road to becoming a physician is one that steals your twenties from you and you should really strongly consider whether this is the right path for you.
